Introduction of a ticket system in the Service Department

In order to be able to process service requests in a simple, quick and more customer-oriented manner, we have introduced a ticket system as from 1st September 2023.

The following will change for you:

  • Service requests will only be possible via Service@dilo-gmbh.com (requests to a direct contact person via e-mail, WhatsApp etc. can no longer be processed).
  • Duplicate requests will be deleted automatically by the system.
  • Therefore, please always reply directly to the e-mail received and never change the subject for easier assignment.
